I have hips and these still go full high waist
I have the 6inch Bc the 9inch was sold out but these are plenty long
I am 5’5 and 138 and bought the charcoal. Absolutely not see through but I would recommend the seamless style underwear for these shorts. If you’re lokkkng for flattering bike shorts without weird seams and great length and feel ... but this brand .. I’ve tried 12 other shorts on amazon and these are by far the best ones

Pretty much exactly what you think it would be a pair of black leggings that are soft. Some little things to consider if you are on the shorter side they will need to be rolled at the ankle but that's nothing new. Also at least on me the leggings fit almost perfectly there's just a bit of extra room in the crotch area for some reason.

I usually wear a size 16 top and 14 pants and I purchased a 3xl-4xl in the 4" inseam. I have a bigger stomach at 37.5" compared to my hips and legs, so I sized up to make sure they wouldn't dig in. These are super comfy, albeit a bit baggy on my legs due to the bigger size. I think a waist size up to 40" would still be very comfortable in this size. My partner thought I was wearing boxers due to the thin nature of the shorts, so just keep that in mind if you decide to go out in public. They're super comfortable to exercise and WFH in with the soft waistband, but I would caution against wearing them if you are self conscious about your booty or hips. There is zero compression support coming from these shorts. Personally, they are exactly what I want them to be for exercising at home.

These are my new favorite basic lounge shorts. Paired with a cute top, it makes the perfect WFH outfit. After I received my first pair, I bought three more, you can't beat the price and the quality. I love no front rise seam, the fabric is soft and not see through.

I was expecting these shorts to have some kind of structure/compression, but they absolutely do not. They are super thin, stretchy, soft material, and while they are great dicking around at your house in a big tshirt shorts, if you have any kind of wobbly bits - as I do - don't expect these to hold anything in place. I bought them for workout shorts, but they definitely ride up in all the crevices when moving around a good bit, and they definitely aren't camel toe free if your camel is any larger than a mini camel. I'm sure these look fantastic on people who are already in fantastic shape, but for those of us who aren't, buy these to wear about your house and be comfy, but not for anything other than that.
