Wow this is really well made. I have sewed all my life so I know much about fabric quality, sewing details and product value. The felt fabric is firm, the stitching professional and the inserts are supported with double-sided Velcro supporting the inset keeping it nested in the middle. I don't write many product reviews. So for me to write this review, this product is indeed a keeper.

I love this and wish I had ordered it months ago! I was concerned that the inside of my bag measured 14” and the large insert was just under 12” but it turned out to be a perfect fit because of this. On top of organizing and maximizing the space inside my bag, it protects the items in it (because they aren’t clashing about), and adds shape to my bag. It also protects the original fabric which is a huge bonus too.

I absolutely love this organizer and the idea of being able to organize what was a wide open space inside this purse. The purse I wanted this for is 17” X 13” X 8” (8 inch width is approx. as purse is very flexible.). I picked this purse up recently at my Costco Warehouse because it was perfect as a purse with room to carry my iPad Pro (12.5” X 9”) easily. I soon discovered it was difficult to find things in the purse because of no organizer inside. I saw this on Amazon, I eyeballed my purse and cautiously chose the Large organizer in black. It was $16.88 - great buy.

When it arrived, it looked much larger than the size stated online for a “Large” and I hoped it would fit. [Three Sizes were offered: Medium: 9" (W) x 6" (H) x 5" (D). Large: 11.4" (W) x 7" (H) x 6" (D). X-Large:13" (W) x 7" (H) x 6.5" (D).].

Fortunately, it did fit, but when I measured it, it was 16” (W) x 7” (H) x probably 6.5”-7” (D). It fit fine because my purse was big enough for it. I think they might have mis-stated the sizes as I don’t see a small listed, and I am thinking my measurements are probably for the X-Large. So perhaps there are 4 sizes not 3. I am not sure.

I posted pictures so you could see the purse from the outside and then 2 views from the top. I also included a snapshot from Amazon. I did that so I could explain my “however” in the title of my review. The organizer is a very heavy (thickness not weight) felt material and appears to be well made with lots of compartments. The insert shown with the three compartments (pictured outside the organizer) has Velcro on the two ends to attach to Velcro on the inside of the organizer. The problem I found (my “however”) is that these three compartments have no bottom of their own. They are sizeable compartments so I suggest if you use it, put large items in each (like large sunglasses) as small items tend to stray out the bottom and this defeats the purpose of an organizer. Until I realized this, I put my Keys in one, Tissue Pack in another and a small notepad in the third. When I went to find my keys, they had shifted and I had to dig to find them! I wish the insert had a bottom of its own. Your things will stay in the organizer but the only bottom is the organizer’s bottom itself.

They could improve this by adding a bottom to this insert. That’s my only disappointment. With that said, I would still have bought this organizer. Others have said theirs had a bottom - I wonder if the smaller sizes do or if they were referring to the main bottom of the organizer? I hope this review helps you in determining if this will work for you. It is well made and more than meets its purpose so I gave it 5 stars!

Fits perfectly in my LV Neverfull MM! Lots of little compartments with enough space on the side for notebooks. The only negative is that the removable dividers in the middle don't have a bottom so small items slide around. I solved that by using a small cosmetic pouch to hold little stuff.

Made well. But dont like that is doesn’t have a bottom in it. So your items will come out the bottome into the purse

I would recommend this bag insert, but there are pros and cons. Pros: This is a nice heavy felt that stands up on it's own. It has more compartments than I need, but this is in addition to my big leather work satchel. It made much more functional use of what was one big open bag with no compartments.
Cons: Measure the top and the bottom of your bag.
Select size based on the smaller of the two. I measured the base of my bag and was pleasantly surprised to find that the insert was just a1/2" smaller than my bag, so the fit should be great, right. Bzzzzt: Nope, apparently the walls of the bag slope in making the top of the bag smaller than the bottom. Visually, it looks like a rectangular bag, but I'm sure an engineer would find it obvious that it is not. The result is that the insert does not stand straight along the walls of the purse. The sides of the insert buckle in, creating a warped edge that hides some of the compartments. The other less than ideal issue with the product itself is the detachable divider that creates the stand-up compartments down the middle of the insert. They are on the floppy side and don't stand straight. This is not a deal breaker, just a comment on design. I would have liked to have small individual sectionals that attach to each other and the bottom of the insert with Velcro. Then I could configure them any way I liked, and leave an open space for my water or coffee travel cup.

Over all, this insert is going to save me a lot of frustration and digging.

Wow it’s a perfect fit!! I love that I can remove the inside pockets if I need to. I would love to see pen pockets on the inside of the organizer verses the outside of it. You can easily mark up your bag the way it is designed now. With that said it is still a great organization bag

Purchased for my LV Neverfull MM. Fits perfectly , very snug. Makes the bag a bit boxy but that is how I love it. Gives the bag rigidity. Color is a bit more pinky then the rose ballerine . Matches well though. Lots of compartments , divides and secures the contents. I am a bit OCD so works well at keeping everything organized and in place. Center separation can be removed creating a larger space. The divider is held in place with two black Velcro strips. Velvet material is thick. I purchased the suggested size large to fit my Neverfull and my speedy 30. The insert is way wider then my speedy so it will not fit. See picture of insert in front of my Damier Asure speedy 30. I think the medium size will do the trick. I also placed it in my Neverfull GM (see pic as well). Insert can be used with the GM but does not fit snuggly inside. Has a 2” gap on either side. I really like it for my MM Neverfull. It’s exactly what I was looking for at a really great price. Came very well packed in a box with prime shipping. I recommend this item and will be buying g the medium size for my speedy.

It was a bit small for the purse!
