I took a chance on purchasing these fingerless gloves, as there were no reviews at the time i bought them. I rarely do that. I rely strongly on reviews and came back to share my thoughts, for anyone else considering these. Personally, I'm not so certain I'd have bought them, if I had the chance to examine them up close in a department store.

PROS:
• Four sets and a great color variety to match a winter wardrobe.
• Reasonably priced at $3.50 each pair.
• Packaged very well, no distinguishable odors.
• Material used is rather comfy - not itchy like most acrylic blends.
• Cute herringbone sweater pattern. Looks fashionable.
• Convenient on Amazon Prime's 2 day delivery.

CONS:
• They shed A LOT of lint and after a few uses, they're starting to pill a bit.
• One of my gloves is oddly mishaped. The top and bottom cuffs are ruffled, and overly stretched. The length is slightly off and the pattern is twisted when the glove is on. *(brown gloves - last photo)
• These are on the thin side and the weave pattern is kind of an open knit, which lends itself to a lot of air entering these gloves. One could argue that that makes them breathable; either way, they're not very warm.
• No laundering instructions included. I'm assuming they should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. I really don't see these faring well in a washing machine at all.

As you can see from my photos, they do not have individual finger slots; they come down like cuffs with an opening for the thumb. Initially, I was pleased with what I received (with the exception of the one defective brown glove), but after using them all several times I think they're just okay. You really can't expect a whole lot from $3 gloves. :)

Not all gloves are created equal. I was really excited when I tried on the first pair in the set. They were exactly what I had been looking for. And with a set of four pairs, I had enough to keep my hands warm all winter. Until the next day when I tried to wear another pair. The seam on the side where the hole for the thumb in was misaligned by an inch. It was impossible to wear without constantly noticing the defect. They are simply unwearable because of this.
EDITED: After learned that I had received a defect product the seller sent another package at no cost to myself that I'm happy to say has all the great features above, without the sewing flaw.

When I purchased these Crochet Fingerless Gloves, I thought I was paying for one pair in a basic black. So when they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to receive 4 different colors in basic in black, brown, navy and a ivory color. I guess I was tired the night I ordered them and did not pay much attention to what fingerless gloves I was ordering. I expected to pay $15 for one pair but, to my surprise there were 4 pairs for $13.99! The gloves are a soft knit like a favorite sweater. You slip your hands into the soft knit material and it covers half your fingers, your palm, wrist and approximately 3-4 inches more up your arm. Your fingers are left free when you need them to complete tasks, looking stylish and cool while keeping your hands warm. Think of a favorite soft sweater that is super comfortable and you will have the great idea of what these feel like. You cannot beat the price of a little more than $3.00 a piece, comfortable, fashionable, and just plain awesome. Buy several orders of these for coworkers, friends, family or yourself for the next couple years. These will sell out!

I love these little hand warmers. I spend most of the day outside, and have been wearing these every day. They also work great as a wrist warmer on top of regular gloves when it’s extra cold. They are a great price and have held up really well with daily use. If you live somewhere super cold I’m not sure if these will do much for you, in Seattle weather they are great! I’m definitely ordering more. Oh bonus, I have sensitive skin and they are super soft and not itchy. I really wasn’t expecting to get more than a couple uses out of each pair, but they are going strong! Size wise, they stretch. I have fairly small hands and they fit easily, and after months of wear have only loosened slightly, I think I could see them fitting most hands. That’s my guess.. I may be way off!

These are warm and sturdy. I work in a collision repair shop and it’s cold. I mean COLD in my office. Even when the heater is on in the main part, my office door goes into the shop and my door gets opened and closed all day letting the warm air out. My hands are always cold in the best of circumstances so these are a life saver. I can type while wearing them and have full movement of my hands. They have 4 nice colors that pretty much match with everything. I throw them in a laundry bag when I do my delicates and they wash up beautifully.

I bought these for myself last year as I monitor kindergarteners at lunch and on the playground...then move to older children at lunch. I need my fingers free and want my hands and wrists warm. My peers were enthralled with these gloves so I bought a couple pairs for them. Their children snagged them for themselves and parents bought more for themselves. This year I just went ahead and bought them as Christmas gifts for co-workers. They are soft and warm and wash/dry well. We all liked them.

Thin cable knit. Seems opened on first wear. Like literally ripped from thumb whole down exposing palm of hand.
They really are a thread stitched seaming knit together not knitted through. One hand had a thumb hole too small to fit thumb and I wear a size med glove and not big fingers at all. Will not even donate these probably throw out or give to dog to chew on. nough said :(

Every time I go to walmart I want to wash my hobo gloves as soon as I get home. Won't worry if I ruin any due to price and if I get into a bind, I don't mind leaving them behind during my escape like a dirty pistol. Two thumb-holes were stitched smaller than the rest and ended up ripping them while trying to fix them. Twice. This is why I don't sew my own.

Perfect when walking the dog, don’t have to when picking up dog poo....take gloves off, put in pockets, put gloves back on. Warm, comfortable but the fingerless gloves would be improved if they were a little longer. Yes, I would recommend them. Prompt delivery too. Cheap enough to have different colours for different coats.

Soft, warm, cute and practical. Love the colours.

Very thin and add no warmth at all

As I suffer from arthritis in my hands, the cold causes me great discomfort - these gloves are perfect! I wear them inside the house - I can eat, do jobs around the house, work at my desk, & these gloves help keep my hands toasty!

Just what I wanted , well made and a friend asked me to order a pack for her as well .
