I purchased this less than 3 weeks ago for my husbands Vector Luna. Upon receiving the band, I was initially impressed as it feels solid. I quickly got to work removing two links so that it would properly fit. The install and link removal took less than 10 minutes and were on par with other watches I have changed bands for.

My first issue with this band lies in the quality. Almost immediately the black of the band began flaking off and scratches appeared. My husband does not wear this watch if he is doing anything more than a casual day so the use is light. I would be afraid of what the watch would look like if he wore it to the gym or do do yard work.

My second issue is in the pins holding the links together. They all have loosened and one has fallen out entirely without provocation.

Overall, this could be a good band but it turned out to be just "meh." If you like this style of band and are looking for something that you can casually wear on the weekend doing your dad/husband/boyfriend/son/man chores this would be a great buy. If you're looking for something sophisticated to complete your work look and make you look out together, look for something else.

Photos attached.

1) In the pictured Amazon ad, it shows that the product comes with and uses Quick release pins. The product came with regular pins and the strap does not use the quick release pins.

2) The pic also does not show that it has that additional smaller (I don't know the official term but I call it) safety clasp that goes over the main clasp. Which by the way upon arrival that safety clasp was not attached. I don't know if the pin that held it was lost or broke off. Upon examination, that strap really needs that safety clasp because the main clasp can very easily be "popped" open. So that's why I'm returning it. At first I thought maybe I could still use the strap without the safety clasp but that's not a good idea since the main clasp can very easily be popped open with very little force. Hopefully the replacement they send me with a working safety clasp will work. As for not having quick release pins, I can live with that but it would be nice if they didn't falsely advertise.

So in summary, this product is not bad if the safety clasp works and does it's job and would be much easier to get the strap on/off if it actually uses quick release pins! So a note to the seller:
1) Update your photos to show a safety clasp
2) Improve the main clasp so it's tighter and won't open so easily just by pulling on it
3) Update your photo so people won't think they are getting a strap that uses Quick release pins

Good watch band for the price. Purchased this to see if I would like a different band on my Martian Notifier due to lower cost vs. competitors (about $8 vs. $15 to $50). Considering it came with a tool and four watch band pins, this is a great price. Thus far I am satisfied with the appearance and band quality. However, one side is slightly larger than the other (it fit on the watch, but has less freedom of movement than the other side). Once on the watch I can't notice any impact of this.

The band was shipped without any visual defects and is a good color match to the picture. The clasp is not the sturdiest that I have used but seems to function fine. I'll update this if there are any changes. I have noticed that you have to press the clasp button to close the clasp. Many of my other watches with these types of clasps allow you to press them closed without needing to depress the button.

About installation, I was able to adjust the watch, but required the use of a separate watch band tool  Paylak TSLK3 Watch Band Pin Remover and Link RemoverPaylak TSLK3 Watch Band Pin Remover and Link Remover  that I had already purchased. Without the tool I was able to remove three of the four links. I bent the tool slightly on the fourth. This last link came out very easily with the tool. Considering the cost of this band, you can purchase the tool and still be around the same cost as other bands. I would not fault the band at all for being difficult to adjust - it adds to stability. In my experience, like with any house work, you need the right tool(s). The company provides one that works sometimes, but it helps tremendously to have a better tool. You can invest in this for roughly the same cast as a one-time adjustment from a mall vendor.

Additional note about the Martian Notifier. The band works fine, but the watch attachment site on the Notifier is not designed for a different band. The new bands do not cover the entire side wall of the watch - this leaves a seam visible from the right angles (see image 2). Personally, I think this band makes the watch look more sophisticated, but I do not like the aesthetic of the visible seam.

I thought I'd spruce up my Pebble (RIP) a bit after my last watchband broke. I got about 9 months of use out of that, for about $2 less. I expect what I pay for with cheaper bands. My previous band didn't have links, it was just a solid magnetic closure milanese-style band, so I figured "links, fancier!"

It looks nice out of the box/bag, though there's a tool with absolutely no explanation (buyer beware: click through all pictures and read reviews before you buy, right?) and no instructions. Once I came back to read about adjustment, it all made sense. Except they say use a hammer or "great strength." Don't use a hammer. I did and the pins bent and split, even with light tapping. Eventually I got one in far enough in to hold the links to the clasp. About 1/3 of the pin is exposed, split and bent against the clasp itself. I'm not a watchmaker and I don't adjust watch bands a lot, so I guess my bad there for not prepping to adjust this $13 watch band. Anyway, it'll tide me over until I reorder my previous band.

I purchased this for my LG G Watch and the color and style fit perfectly. It give the watch a premium look and setting the was pretty easy to set. The tools come with the band did the job. I liked it so much I got the Stainless steel band for my Asus Zen Watch 2.
