The olive stripes on my band are far less olive than pictured. It's more like beige with a hint of olive. Not unattractive but not quite that match I was expecting for the green face on my watch.

The band itself is very thin. I don't expect it to be weak, given that it's nylon. But it does give it a cheap feel that is less comfortable than I hoped for.

The buckle and loops are very shiny. Almost too shiny for my taste. They belong on a more formal watch IMHO. This metal hardware is also very thin and has a cheap feel to it.

It's not a bad band, though. It's also quite inexpensive. Time will tell how it wears.

I have bought these before and have been satisfied. I have a thin wrist, so I have to cut them to size. I use a match to melt and fuse the end I cut. My problem with this strap is part my own fault. I was looking at the colors that would match my watch. It's face is green and the strap to me looked black and green where as the the green part is a very light khaki. If I only read the description better it says "Black & Khaki". My bad.

So the strap is of a descent quality, and I like the hardware quality and feel of the strap itself. What really bothers me is the fact that it's not "olive" in the least bit. It's more of a khaki. Please don't think that it will have a green hue to the strap. It looks more like the colors of the New Orleans Saints. Just not for me.

I guess when you've had nice NATO bands like those from Tech Swiss and DaLuca, you become a snob. This deBeer band is probably good enough for a Timex Expedition watch, but it's something I'd put on a nicer watch. Feels pretty flimsy, both the band and the hardware.

My dad used to wear his watch on a band similar to this. Good quality band that serves it's purpose.....nothing complicated...

ordered by mistake not worth trying to send back...

decent strap, but the color is weird.
Not olive at all, more like Volkswagen Green..
Other than that, par quality compared to most nato straps out there...

The color scheme looks great! It matches perfectly with my Weekender!
