I know in good foot alignment sandals they always recommend sizing down if you are a half size and I did and the length is good. Arch hits in right place. Con they run wise even with adjustable velcro. I have to pull it almost all the way over in order to stay on my feet. I do not see myself being able to wear these anywhere but inside the house. It really looses the cute look. I hate to cut the excess off... The heel cup feels like you sink in the heel when you walk unlike other orthodontic slippers and sandals I have. I desperately need slippers and because these were a good price I'll keep. I would say if you have a narrow or narrow to medium wide foot these may not work. I have a narrow to medium so my review is based on this and wear an 8.5-9 and 8 fit length wise. Next size up would have been too long and foresure to wide.

All I could say was ahhhhhhh the first time I tried these on. I have wide feet, and welcomed the wider than average width. I also have flat arches and (as anyone who has been there knows) a host of other foot problems. These made my arches feel better. The added benefit is that they look good.

Gives great support for those who have back n knee problems. Would buy again.

I have several pairs of these! And I give as gifts. Excellent quality and great for high arches.
