I was really looking forward to these shoes, they are beautiful, color is perfect, however they are not marked with the correct size. The left shoe seems correct and the right shoe is almost half a size too big. I pulled out my other Cole Hahn size 9B and sure enough, the right shoe is a defect. Unfortunately, I need them today in three hours, therefore I cannot return them. I cannot wait for a second pair to come. I'm sure after I wear them I will not be able to return them - though I wish I could just get another right foot shoe and return this defective one after I use it. My confidence in Amazon last minute orders just shrank quite a bit.

I called Amazon- who told me to wear them as I need as they send out the replacement pair - offering overnight for free. They will allow me to return the defective pair although they are worn. I am a very happy Amazon customer!

As usual, Cole Haan does not disappoint on this classic, professional shoe. the heel height is perfect for running from meeting to meeting. This shoe is cut a little lower, so you may show slight toe cleavage, but if that doesn't bother you, this shoe will do the trick! After receiving my shoes, I immediately went on and purchased a second pair in a different color.

I’m obsessed with these heels.

But besides that they are absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
The leather is very high quality feeling.
The insole seems comfortable.
The heels are just the perfect height for someone who doesn’t wear heels very often.
So just keep in mind when ordering that if you have normal sized feet you will probably need to order them in (C) Wide.

Short of my slippers - my favorite shoes to wear all day. I own the same shoe in about 5 other colors and will continue to expand my collection. I dress them up, dress them down, and can go about 15 hours in them before my feet start to scream. Every woman's foot is different, and so these might not be the shoe for you, but they are beautiful, well made, and completely worth a try!

Sizing is generous, especially when you consider the subtle amount of stretch you will get with leather over time. I typically wear a 6.5 (or 37) and I would suggest sizing down by 1/2 size or order your preferred size and a half size smaller. (i.e. 6 & 6.5)

I opted to return this pair. Though they were visually to my liking, the level of toe comfort was certainly lacking. If Cole Haan offered a similar style with an almond or round toe, I would absolutely purchase a pair.

Extremely comfortable, nicely cushioned, great looking pump... I ordered my usual size, perfect fit and no breaking in period was needed. For a 3" heel the shoe was surprisingly comfortable. Love the patent leather and would buy more colors if available.

I've been looking for a black patent pump for awhile and this is perfect. The sole under the ball of the foot has fantastic but discreet padding that allowed me to wear them for 10+ hours and not be in pain. The heel height is ideal for anyone that is wanting to wear a heel but not endure foot pain the next day.

I feel that Cole Haan shoes run slightly narrow in general, but since I have a narrow heel the fit couldn't be better.

These are beautiful classic pumps. Sadly they are too small. I had order a pair in size 5.5 black leather. They were too tight. I tried to find the 5.5 wide version but haven’t been able to find them. I did find the size 5.5 C in black patent leather which I can use, but they are about the same as the 5.5 regular width I tried before!
