I have had these boots for several weeks now. I am a farmer and use these boots daily in mud and rough pasture tending my sheep and chickens. I definitely put them to the test. As with any boot...I am concerned with comfort and also durability. So far these boots have measured up. First, they have a very good accurate fit and not too wide or too narrow. They are well made with a sturdy tread. I have had boots start to separate from the tread. After several weeks...they are holding up well. And comfort is unmatched. Feet stay dry even in the worst muck. |
These boots definitely did not meet my expectations. I wear an 8.5 so had to order a 9 (why is it so hard to make muck boots in half sizes?). The length is okay, but even with an insole they are huge unless I wear very thick socks. It's been in the upper 20's in the mornings and they are not very warm. They might be fine if you're only out a short time, but I live on a ranch and am outside all the time. The latch that cinches the adjustment is made of cheap plastic that sometimes doesn't stay latched and the remaining strap flaps around. Other than that, they appear well made. |
I love them! I’m 5’1” with thick calves, and it’s hard to find boots that fit. Due to the adjustable strap on the back of these, I have plenty of room! |
