Not a bad shoe, but if you are trying to replace your favorite barefoot runner that starts with a V, this isn’t them. I can walk in them with limited pain; however, they are nearly twice the weight of the aforementioned shoes. They have lots of toe room which is nice on one level but it doesn’t offer the same compression in all the right places that the other does. For me this ended in significant pain and having to treat my cuboid syndrome.
I do like the look of the shoe; it looks more like a shoe. I will keep them as a casual athletic shoe but I would not dare try to run in them again as the pain they have caused will take weeks to repair. *keep in mind, my feet are accustomed to the other mentioned shoe; if you are interested in a barefoot runner but don’t want to fork out their crazy cost, I think this is a good beginner shoe, if you’re not already acclimated to something different it may even be your shoe for life...

I'm so happy with these sneakers! I normally wear a straight 7w so I was a little torn on whether to get 6.5/7 or 7.5. I ordered the 6.5/7 and they were too small. I could get them on, but my toes were right up at the top seam. Returned them and ordered the 7.5 and they're perfect! Wore these the first day for 8 hours straight, working in a school cafeteria and then at the gym. No breaking in required.

Just a note* these are very grippy on normal surfaces but just a tad slick on wet tiles. However they're great on ice. (Walk in freezers). I'll have to use my usual bistro Crocs for work and keep these for the gym.

So comfortable, like grippy slippers. I love them!

I fit a 9.5 with wide fronts and narrow heals and trouble with bunions. These running barefoot shoes are a perfect fit. I have worn them this week to the gym for my cardio work out and walked a trail that had been rained on all week. These shoes are comfortable and I did not slip in the mud on the flats nor the hills. The construction is good seams are solid, footbed is flexible and has a comfortable arch support that is not hard, but is firm and gives when running. Very comfortable shoe, I would buy another pair soon.

These trail shoes travel and wear with ease! I have worn another US brand for nearly a decade. I decided to give these a try. I like the wider toe box and how my toes sit in the shoe. The soles are comparable to a popular brand that starts with V. They pack flat, are very flexible and rinse-dry well. I have had these for 6 months and they are not showing any signs of wear yet. Worth the cost savings over other brand names.

These shoes have changed my life. They allow my toes to have breathing room. My hip, knee, and back pain has subsided. I have my balance back with these shoes.
Personally, I chose these because of the price to see if they would even benefit me before I ever make a pricier purchase of any other brand. (Depending on how long these last I might never do so except for boots during winter)
I purchased another pair because I am enjoying these so much! It's like going barefoot without the worry of puncture wounds or irritants.
I did size up by a half size which I am glad I did.
