Brands:Brand: Spring Step L'Artiste
I LOVE this brand and the styles offered are like works of art on your feet. I have big feet (size 11) and use to be embarrassed with the size as not to draw attention to my feet. Well, got over that when I started wearing this brand! I get so many compliments on my shoes. This particular style I had to return since I had surgery on a tendon at the top of my foot and the shoe happen to rub that area. Other than that, they are gorgeous and very well made. I was bummed I liked them so well.
I was looking forward to these beautiful shoes. This isn't my first pair. I am on my feet for 12 hours a day working in a mental health hospital. I need a wide heeled shoe and these are too narrow on the heel. They didn't have a photo of the heel and I expected them to be like my other pair. Sadly these will need to be returned, unless I can convince myself to keep them.
This shoe is very comfortable. I was able to wear them all day the first time I wore them. Nice little heel. However, after 1 wearing, the stain/ paint in the back of the heel wore completely off. Disappointed. I have several pairs of Spring Steps. They are beautiful and pricey. For the cost, I would have thought the paint would have been more durable.
This shoe is advertised as a nursing shoe but has no sole or arch support. Very uncomfortable to stand in after even a few minutes. They look great, very attractive shoe but unless you spend more time sitting than walking or more importantly standing, these aren't the best shoes for the job.
Have to admit, was pretty worried when these first arrived, as it was a little tricky getting my foot in! I won't lie, these take a minute to break in, and I had pretty grumpy heels for several days. My advice would be to wear with socks for several days around the house. Now that they are more broken in I wear them easily without socks and my wider feet can wiggle comfortably. They are comfortable, fancy up any outfit, and receive compliments. Love the look, and as a clog connoisseur I will say they are becoming my faves.
Weird fit! Although I did not wear these shoes outside and only on carpet for a short period to determine the fit, I found them to be super uncomfortable. My foot kept sliding to the front, the heel wedge dig into the back of my heel and there was no cushion . I love L’Artiste brand this shoe was not comfortable at all for me.
These shoes are GREAT! I'd been looking for a super cute everyday black shoe. This is a winner. So very cute and comfy. I do wish it was a smidge bigger (my toes touch the end of the shoe) but the shoes are leather and will stretch as I wear them more and so I'm fine with it. I am a little concerned about polishing them and what will happen with the white stitching, but those cute details are a reason I bought these shoes. First world problems....
Although gorgeous, these are so uncomfortable! I have another L’Artiste shoe, and I’ve tried on their Chino, Burbank, and Brankla shoes, which all fit great. These Agacias, though, make my toes slide forward as if I’m in 5 in heels. And the right heel digs into my flesh. Not sure what happened but these are not comfortable at all.
