These are really nice boots. However, as another reviewer stated, these are not what I would call Wide boots. I've purchased this size many times from this brand and these are quite a bit more narrow. Disappointed but I am keeping them. I know they will stretch somewhat but I hate having to go through the pain (literally) of that process.

Update: after wearing them for an hour around the house, I've noticed how wide the upper, ankle and heel are. Almost flopping when I walk. The front portion is very tight and painful. Seems like they made everything wide except the from the arch forward, where it matters. If you have wide feet, reconsider ordering these.

These have a bit of a heel and are so beautiful I thought they could never be comfortable. But they are! They are pretty enough to wear with a dress or jeans and they have a soft foot bed like none I’ve seen before. Kept me on my feet stylish and comfortable for hours of walking in Europe. Highly recommend!!

I needed a dress boot for work that would remain comfortable all day. I usually wear a 9 but bought these in 9.5 and they have just the right amount of toe room. They’re cushiony inside and the height is perfect for any length pant.

Revised review: I bought a 2nd pair to save for a special occasion. I wore them exactly ONCE and the color on the heel scraped off to reveal the white material underneath while chunks of the back of the heels pulled off. Very disappointed because when I went to return them, my “return window” had closed.

Order Wide if you have an average foot. Narrow feet should be fine with regular size. I usually wear 8-1/2 and found it to be too narrow but too long. The 8W was perfect and I didn’t break them in before wearing all over London. I literally wore them everyday with smart wool socks. They were filthy by the end of the day but I just wiped them down with a hand towel each night and they looked great still! I did use my Dr. Scholl inserts for them so that helped but they do have good cushion without them. Love Love Love!

I am an avid Naturalizer buyer and this shoe started out amazing and has out of nowhere decided to just fall apart. I noticed that the bottom is separating and peeling off and I’ve had the shoes for maybe four months at most! Real disappointing for the price of the shoe.

Loved this shoe. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra padding in the bottom of the shoe! I wear a 9 in most shoes but when I get boots I always get a half size larger. I am glad I did. I was afraid to get the wide shoe. The 9.5 shoe sized worked perfectly. I was hoping that the boot would be TSA friendly but it is not. I still had to remove the boot during the TSA pre-check process. I think it was the buckle. I highly recommend if you want a comfy ankle boot.

These boots are great. Wide enough to wear thicker socks and comfortable. Very cute and love the heel - I usually can't wear anything but flat shoes but these are comfortable and I have a lot of foot problems.

I bought these boots to wear as possible contenders for an 18-month mission trip, where I need to look professional while also doing a lot of walking. At first try-on, they were perfect. They are generally comfortable, well-built, and very cute. But to test them for my mission, I wore them to work (where I stand for 8 hours) and my feet hurt very badly by the end of the day. One of the main issues was that the toe box was slightly narrow and my foot kept sliding into it, causing my little toe to rub against it when I walked. I had blisters by the end of the day. The heels also click a lot when you walk. So, while these are cute and I am keeping them for normal wear, I wouldn't recommend them for travel if you have to walk for extensive amounts of time. Also, don't be me and wear these if you're on your feet for a long shift!

I love these ankle boots. The style is exactly what I was looking for. It is very comfortable. It does not have a very firm grip though, especially when you first wear it.
I had difficulty choosing the size. I usually get wide, but I found the wide in my size too big. So,I ended up getting the narrow one...
The sizing is a bit weird, I got three pairs and picked one.
But honestly, it was totally worth the effort. This boot is good for semi-formal ocassions and also everyday walk.

This size 9W fits like a 9. It is quite tight. in both the toe box, sides and at the front part of the foot in front of the ankle.
That said, I got these shoes for a good price, so I'm going to hold on to them. I can probably stretch it with a shoe stretcher to make the uncomfortable spots looser.

This shoe is extremely comfortable. Very happy with the purchase. The only issue I have with it is the sizing is a bit off. I wear size 8.5 and purchased this size for the shoe however it is too loose. I would recommend buying half a size down unless you plan on wearing these shoes with very thick socks.

even though they were a bit narrow, I kept them and because they are leather they stretched out. heel is around 2 inches and wonderful for work in an office. Can wear them all day.

I wear these all day teaching, on my feet and walking back and forth on campus. Great boots, look good as well.
