These shoes seem to run narrow which is fine for me feet. If you are running/walking a lot, you don't want your toes/feet squished, but you also don't want them to have space to move around. I bought a size 11.5 and they are very nice. |
If you have a low arch in your foot then this shoe is not for you! |

colors are great, has a medium arch support but I always add mine so not an issue. They are super comfortable but they are a sock shoe so if your feet are wide you may want to go up a half size. |
