Over 15 years ago runners came calling for a go-to shoe for the moderate over-pronator. The answer from Mizuno back then was the Wave inspire. The latest version is offering a new upper with a softer fit and a more wearable look. Also, equipped with the latest Mizuno Wave technology for an energetic and cushioned, yet stable ride.

I have flat feet and my feet roll in. I walk on concrete all day In a warehouse. I have to have the support. These shoe work great for me.
I bought these shoes to replace my favorite old pair of mizuno’s that they no longer make. I did my research and thought these would be the closest to them or even better!
This is my 4th pair of Mizuno shoes and have yet to have a complaint. I started with the Wave Inspire 13 and have worked my way up to my current 15 version. Love these shoes. They WAY outlast the Brooks I was buying and are much more comfortable. With the Brooks I also had to buy inserts for my Plantar Fasciitis. I don't have to do that with the Mizuno Waves. Great shoe!
I've worn Saucony stability running sneaks for quite awhile now but thought I'd mix it up & try out this Mizuno style cause it caters to overpronators & received some pretty promising reviews. Still too early to draw some final conclusions but so far, so good. The one thing to watch for is the sizing correlation. I typically take an 8.5 M in street shoes & a 9 M in my Sauconys. Thought it would be the same for the Mizunos but I was very wrong. Had to go with a 9.5 M which is exactly right in line size wise with my 9 M Sauconys.
I'm not a runner; I'm a serious power walker, though, who tries to log six miles a day. I have very high arches and underpronate. These shoes accommodate long distances. I typically wear a size 10 (women's) shoe and ordered an 11.5 in this style. I could have easily fit into an 11. I have wide feet, but the regular toe box had more than enough width. The pearly lavender color is gorgeous!
I bought my first pair of Inspire’s last year (14). I never had any problems with my feet as I was training and recovering from surgery. This year I wanted to try something different so I tried shoes from two different brands. Man are my feet paying the price! I should not have strayed. I’m happy to report my feet love the Inspire 15’s as much as the 14. I liked the color selection better this year. The toe feels slightly more narrow, but other than that they’re almost identical to their predecessor.
These shoes are great for those who need a decent amount of arch support. I’ve worn this style for over 10 years; perfect running shoes!
There are some slight changes to this model and unfortunately it caused them to cause foot pain for me. I have worn wave inspires exclusively for 10+ years so I was super disappointed. The upper has a slightly different construction and the seam was more stiff and landing right on my big toe joint causing pain. Otherwise same quality I've been used to with mizuno shoes. I had to switch to another brand.
Not sure about the sizing yet as i have been wearing new socks. I always wear Muzino, shoes, from the Running Room usually, and i know my size! These seems to be “half of a size off” BUT i will edit as soon as i can find a pair of old socks (just moved!).
purchased for my daughter...very nice quality runner...love the color...
Usually wear a 9 but after reading reviews decided to order 9 1/2. They fit perfectly and definitely noticed an improvement with my achilles tendonitis! Would absolutely buy these again.
Loved the colour. Could not find it in stores. Likely purchase a second pair as they are so comfortable to wear.
Nice, supportive runner. I bought them to replace my old Mizunos and am very happy with them.
I absolutely love this shoe! The shoe was in perfect condition and came very quickly. This is my third pair. I would highly recommend.
I likes the product itself I have purchased this shoe before. I ordered a grey/black shoe and I received a blue shoe
i dislike how the back on my shoe is already falling apart
Same as describe
I love the design and it gives support to my pronated feet. Love it!
Good support, nice color
Great, faster then expect
