Liked the style of the ring but didn’t like the stone color. Stone did not look like fire opal, had a strange greenish color. Ordered once, returned for another size and returned again. Both times each stone was neither fire opal-like but greenish.
I do like the ring! In the second picture it’s hard to see, but they do have the S925 stamp to prove it’s sterling silver. However, I was expecting and hoping the opal would be raised, but the opal is flat with the silver part. It’s still pretty though!
This item is not sterling silver (there is no 925 stamp on the item anywhere) OR opal... it’s some sort of plated metal and what looks like glitter and resin for the “opal”.... no thank you. I am returning immediately. You get what you pay for here, I should have known better
The stone is obviously a fake costume jewelry stone, but never have I been so happy with a ring like this. Using half sizes makes it fit so much better, and the design is almost flawless. Sizing is true to size, it almost feels like the ring is not there. So simple and yet just flashy enough to catch attention.
This ring is beautiful. It fit true to size and it doesn’t feel cheap. One other reviewer said her opal was flat and even with the sterling silver setting, but my opal was definitely a rounded/raised opal—looks like a traditional opal ring with just the right amount of sparkle!
I think it’s a pretty ring, but the opal looks like confetti with a clear covering. It’s a little too blingy for me. My husband said “it looks like you got it out of a gym all machine”..... but if you like a ring that’s a little brighter.... I think it would be good.
Very pretty. Have worn it pretty much every day since it arrived (including washing my hands & doing dishes) & it hasn't turned my finger green. True to size.
Looks better in pictures than reality.
