Some time ago, my wife 'casually' mentioned that she would not mind to have a real pearl necklace, at least 22 inches long. She actually 'hinted with an oversized telephone pole'. I did some research and came across this offer from The Pearl Source. I liked the looks of it and the price, but I was skeptical. I thought that for that relatively small amount I should not expect anything spectacular; I could always send it back and dig a little deeper in my pocket book.
The shipment arrived promptly and in good condition. I opened it up and dared to take a look. Wow!! What I saw exceeded my expectations by a long shot. This necklace was everything as promised and then some. My wife's reaction, that evening, went beyond my hopes. In fact, I thought she would faint. She asked me how on earth I could afford this. I told her that this was quite easy. You simply need to know a good and honest source.
She wore it the next day and got many positive remarks and a few looks of envy. Kudos to The Pearl Source.

In 2012, one of my sons on my 85th birthday gave me a beautiful 24" pearl necklace from the Pearl Source Company. Recently, I celebrated my 90th birthday and took a gift card plus Amazon credits plus some of my own money and purchased a new strand exactly like the strand that had been stolen. The beauty of these pearls is difficult to describe. They have a soft glow to them which radiates beauty. The company did everything they promised to do in their advertising. I am saving money now to purchase pearls to match. There are several different sizes of pearl strands. For me, I liked the elegance of the longer strand. Very pleased with my purchase.

I was so pleased I asked if I could wear them to all of the Christmas parties this season. My husband was happy that I was happy. He was impressed by the quality of the pearls and the ease of ordering. This was a painless purchase, and the product is exquisite. I would definitely recommend this product and vendor to anyone looking for quality, yet affordable pearls.

Spent a lot of time researching necklaces for an anniversary present. My wife's tastes are very expensive, to say the least, so she'd detect a too-good-to-be true imitation (or lower-than-advertised grade) immediately. After three weeks of wearing it often, she still loves this string of pearls. The pearls are glossy white and well arranged. Not perfect spheres, of course, but the irregularities are impossible to perceive at conversational distance and sometimes difficult to identify even close up. Even then, they just prove that the pearls are real.

FYI, I went with 24" and would be wary of going shorter. Do your research, of course, but there's not a much better deal available. As I understand it, the cultured pearl industry in China is one of few unproblematic industries owing to the required skill of the workers. Still, I'd be glad to see The Pearl Source include a statement of company ethics in sourcing...the confusing, sometimes meaningless certifications of natural diamonds practically guarantees that I'll never buy another natural diamond.

I was looking for a longer pearl strand that will look nice on a cocktail dress. I have a budget of $200 so I was looking for something within the range. I have no idea about pearl sizes so first I ordered the 6-6.5mm AAAA pearls. Before I received it, I came across a review that says those were small pearls and should only look nice for teens. So I ordered this 7-8 size but rating is only AAA. Compared to the first ordered AAAA smaller pearls, these pearls lack luster, not all are shiny and if you look closely, they don't look even. I like the length and the pearl size and I am still deciding whether I will exchange it with AAAA pearls which will cost me $150 more or keep this since it also looks nice for the price.

Beautiful, excellent purchase. Was searching for a set of nice pearls with a clean look for a young working professional for Valentine's Day. These pearls exceeded my expectations. Absolutely no imperfections, packaged and delivered quickly. Luster is phenomenal and I would recommend this piece fro anyone looking for a quality set of pearls that pair great with business attire.

I ordered a set (purchased separately) to wear for an event. They met all my expectations. I think I will purchase a shorter necklace for the future. The color and shape were beautiful. They were actually more white than I was expecting. Based on other reviews, I thought the pearls may be more misshapened. If I stared closely at each one, I might be able to tell some weren't 100% perfect, but I really can't tell. I am satisfied with my purchases.

I thought that the pearls are beautiful ! The only problem that I had was with the clasp,it was difficult for me a 74 year old to unfasten. I was fortunate that they are 24" in length I was able to put them on over my head. The pearls themselves are truly something to be proud of owning them.
